USEFUL INFORMATION |
1. SOME WORKSHOPS IN HOTEL BUDAPEST
Please note that workshops
- W4, W5 on 11 May, Monday
- W2, W17/W15 and W26 on 12 May, Tuesday
will be held in HOTEL BUDAPEST (1026 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 47.) and not in the ECC (main venue)
2. SHUTTLE BUSES
will be provided between the two venues (ECC and Hotel Budapest).
Schedule is available here and will be displayed at both venues.
3. REGISTRATION DESK
The desk in the ECC will be open on 10-15 May daily from 8:00 a.m.
4. TRANSPORTATION
Information about the transportation from the airport and, from the hotels to the AAMAS2009 sites is available on the web.
5. POSTERS AND DEMOS
Authors of posters and demos are kindly asked to check the instructions for display and demonstration arrangements. Timing of Extended Abstracts is included in the Programme Booklet, timing of Full Papers posters can be found here.
6. ON-SITE PAYMENTS
Only cash (EUR or HUF) will be accepted for on-site payments. "In house" ATM is available in Hotel Europa.
