AAMAS-07 Copyright Form and Final Camera Ready Copy

Thank you for your submission to the AAMAS'07 Conference.

1. Please fax a signed copyright form to Jay Modi, 215-895-0545.
2.
Please upload your camera ready copy to us by February 7th, 2007.. Make sure that the IFAAMAS copyright statement appears on the title page.
3. For a paper to be published, at least one author must attend AAMAS to present it. (Detailed explanation)

Important
Camera ready due date is February 7th, 2007. It will be possible to upload papers to ConfMaster starting on January 22nd (or sooner).

Accepted authors MUST do the following two things:

(1) Copyright Form
The following IFAAMAS copyright form must be signed and returned with your paper. I caution you that IFAAMAS will not publish any paper that is not accompanied by a SIGNED copyright form. In those cases where there is more than one author per paper, the first-named (assumed senior) author only must sign.

(2) Formatting
Accepted papers have to be formatted as described here for publication. This section explains the format of camera-ready copy, so following these instructions will make the process easy. The Program Chairs reserve the right to reject papers that do not conform to the IFAAMAS standards, specifications, and formats.

Camera ready due date: Feb 7th, 2007.

You MUST upload your final camera ready copy to the AAMAS2007 ConfMaster system.

It will be possible to upload papers to ConfMaster starting on January 22th (or sooner). They must be uploaded by February 7th at the latest. Instructions are:

1. Authors of accepted papers must log into ConfMaster as usual (using their login/password).

2. Then authors must click on "view own papers" to get a list of their submitted papers.

3. For each paper, there is a disk icon. To upload the final version, an author must click on this icon. The icon will be activated by January 22nd (or sooner).

Page limits:
There is a 8 page limit on full papers.
There is a 3 page limit on poster papers.

Mandatory Sections
The following sections in all of the ACM templates are mandatory sections: Categories & Subject Descriptors. Click here for the ACM Computing Classification Scheme.

General Terms:
This section is limited to the following 16 terms: Algorithms, Management, Measurement, Documentation, Performance, Design, Economics, Reliability, Experimentation, Security, Human Factors, Standardization, Languages, Theory, Legal Aspects, Verification.

Keywords:
This section is your choice of terms you would like to be indexed by.

Title of Your Paper Should be Initial Caps -- meaning first letter of main words should be made a capital letter.

ACM provides design templates for Microsoft Word and LaTeX. If you prepare your final camera ready copy with another program, please format your paper according to one of the above three templates.

LaTeX Users:
1. Please use this LaTeX2e style.
It's a trivial modification of the ACM LaTeX style, with the IFAAMAS copyright info inserted.

Insert the following two lines in your .tex document after \begin{document} to produce the correct copyright statement and info: \conferenceinfo{AAMAS'07} {May 14--18 2007, Honolulu, Hawai'i, USA.}
\CopyrightYear{2007}

2. Please use the 'abbrv' bibliography style. To do so, please insert the following line at the end of your document (before \end{document}) :
\bibliographystyle{abbrv}

3. Please use Type 1 fonts for your .ps file. Click here for help. If you still have difficulty check with your system administrator.

4. Format your document for American Letter paper (8-1/2x11).

Word or Word Perfect Users:

3. Leave room for the IFAAMAS copyright statement (strip) in the front page.
